APTX offers the ability to track orders and invoices made using APTX. This feature lists all orders and invoices made using the sales feature and allows you to track the status of all orders and pending/processed orders and view the invoices and quotations. This is a highly convenient way of keeping track of all sales made through APTX with the option to print as well.
To expand the list of invoices. click View Invoices.
The list includes the number of invoices available, Reference Number, Purchase Order (PO) Number, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Status, and Total Amount.
