If you need to return a product received from a vendor, APTX provides a vendor return feature. To use this feature, you first select the vendor and the warehouse from which the product was received. Then, you choose the specific product you want to return.
Once you have selected the product, you will be presented with the option to return it to the vendor. The amount to be refunded to you will be automatically calculated, and you will have the choice to either return the product to the vendor via shipping, or to receive a replacement from the vendor.
If you decide to return the product to the vendor, the vendor return will be sent to the outbound module, where you can continue to process the return and arrange for shipment back to the vendor. Then, you may enter the RMA number on the space provided. By utilizing this feature, you can easily manage returns to your vendors and ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
