To monitor the status of either a specific return request or all vendor returns, we utilize the View Vendor Returns function. This list of returns encompasses various categories, such as Open, At Warehouse, Shipped, Closed, and Cancelled. Additionally, these returns may be either for replacement or credit, and the top left displays the order information while the shipping and billing addresses are shown below.
